Cannot login to Yobit due to bug

Basically yobit asks for 2FA and code via email.

However, only one field is shown (it seems like the one for 2FA).

When entered, yobit will complain that the code sent via email is wrong.

This is old issue and I experienced the same bug before it always shows "invalid auth code" but I just copy and paste the code that I receive from email but doesn't work, I tried to log in via incognito mode sometimes it works but last time that I use yobit it does not work until now I couldn't login to my account even the 2fa code is correct.

I think it is better to contact their support but expect for the delayed response because Yobit support is known as worst support.

Expect no help and no reply from the supports of yobit.net.

They are extreme in giving inconvenience to their traders. I think OP you can just try it again and verify that code that's sent through your email. Did you activated 2FA of it? if there's no any other way to log in through that verification.

You have to keep on trying it again in various browsers, I think one will do there.

I don't think that you are doing anything wrong, because there is literally one field that can be used for putting the 2FA code.

As others have said, the only thing you can do right now is to try with different browsers, different IPs, clear your cookies (or use incognito) etc. and see if any of this solves your issue. Also, is there a chance that you have yobit on your google authenticator?

Contact support if you want, but I don't expect them to reply in a long while or assist you in any way. Yobit is a joke of an exchange, which is buggy, has constant deposit/withdrawal issues, with an unresponsive support. I would not recommend using them again, if you were to be able to gain access to your account simply because of their horrendous customer service.

Do not use yobit because they are a very shady exchange and have altcoins that do not have a good future, I used yobit in the past and bought many altcoin (shitcoins) that today have no value and are no longer listed in yobit, I had many losses. You should also take into account the fact that yobit is anonymous

We already suggested for a hundred times about yobit but these people do end up not to listed and still uses up this shady exchange until to this day.
If he do have a coin thats being only listed on Yobit then you dont have any choice but to risk it up to sell on that place but be prepared on high chances to experience problems along the way.
I cant still believe that this exchange was still alive upto this year.

In regards with the problem the code has been sent out on email which you would need to copy before logging in.It clearly shows that op miss out to input such code
and trying to log-in directly.It isnt a bug.
