I'm looking for a lottery, given a jackpot divide by 5 or 10 euros each ""ticket"" the total, when the total is reached, the winner is drawn.

Each transaction must match either a hash or a wallet.

If any developer is reading he can propose me the lottery.

I think you can move this to Service section. I think you can find someone who knows how to make a script or codes that you are looking for in that section.
