There is lot of people were waiting for their account to be unlocked,but it may take time.So keep bumping this thread too often until it can be seen by Admin/Global mods who are the only people can unlock your account.

I believe Theymos is working on a new model to facilitate account recovery for locked and hacked accounts. So you would have to wait on that.
For now, there is still a long queue of users waiting to have their accounts back.

That's all you can do for now. It seems there are lots of people requesting helpnfor their account problems. Even though you have strong proof it won't be processed right away as I have mention earlier about the people who had the same problem as you.

If the automated system is implemented, it will not take longer time like now and as per hiriousandco, we can expect it by the end of this year which is almost ended. Therefore, we can expect it sooner.

You should probably just wait and hope that theymos implements the automatic recovery tool which he said should be ready by the end of the year, because your account just realistically isn't going to be recovered otherwise unless cyrus mysteriously starts to restore them or more staff are given access to do so.

Theymos, have been very careful with regards to adding new features and I am still unsure right now why up to now it is not yet been implemented. I also wonder how would the automation works. Poof, that sooner  might be more than 6 months or even a year or even it will not be implemented.

Since there is no update from theymos, we can only assume/expect to have it sooner. Theymos himself has said that it may be implemented by the end of this year. Since he said, I think it will be implemented sooner. Also, I think there should be no hurry. We need a perfect solution. It will be an automated system and therefore, it will defenitely take a lot of time to complete the coding perfectly.

Have you followed the new procedure of account recovering? I believe your account will be unlocked soon if you have followed.

If you get a message similar to "your account is locked"

You should be given an email address in the error message. Send an email there and you will be given further instructions.
