No question about that OP. Truly this is the best thing we can do on gloomy days such as this. But then again, this is easier said than done. No matter how well prepared we are or well informed about crypto's volatility, when the market shows continuous fluctuations, resisting the urge to sell -to stop further losses or just to break even- is just too difficult to do. Statistics have shown that retail investors lost the most during this bearish market. This is why the major sell-off was no surprise.
It goes without saying that such dreadful situation affected investors not only financially but more on emotional aspect as well.
But despite my sentiment, i am gladly still holding on my coins. I've succeeded in totally ignoring the compulsion to sell.
I "played-dead" and totally did nothing and i'm very much okay.
