How do you think the economic condition of the United States can be when the Los Angeles fire in the United States recently destroyed many people's homes?  What kind of time do you think it would take to recover all the problems caused by the fire? How could the current state of wildfires in California affect the economy?

What is clear in several media that I monitor is that the losses have reached more than 1000 trillion, a very large amount for a fire phenomenon. This is the first time I have seen a situation this severe. Not many possessions could be saved from the fire, except for the clothes they were wearing. Many of them have not received proper assistance. Hopefully the victims will be given fortitude. Those of us outside the US share our condolences.

sorry if that bothers you, I'm not from the US so there's a lot of news flying around that can be biased. But is it necessary to create a new thread for this.

I don't know if it is right to bring the matter up here. If it is right, reputation should be a better board for it.

However, I think that 1000 trillion is outrageous and I haven't heard of that amount in use anywhere.
@naira, even if fake news are flying in the internet, there are some news that needs to be digested before publishing, especially if it is not generated by AI.

There is a misunderstanding, that's what I see here. Looking at his profile, @naira is from our local board & it's normal for him to make that statement if he used Google Translate & don't understand about converting one currency to another, it was stated in our news outlet that the loss reached trillions, but that was not $ (Dollar) but an estimate in Rp (Rupiah). I added sources as empirical evidence, you can read it using a translation tool.
