Does it work in China?

In China, some websites like twitter and Facebook are blocked.

first production run and developer units for testing and feedback in july, and kickstarter pre-orders in october. Shipping will be in partnership with kickstarter order shipping companies that do the dedicated stuff for these campaigns, shipwire.com and fulfillrite.com have been suggested by the platform.

...

Compatible with all notifications and apps from Anrdoid 2.3+, Iphone 4S+ and Windows phone 8

...

What do you mean by this? Anrdoid 2.3 is software, but iPhone 4s is hardware. Do you mean the hardware of your product is Apple compatible?
