I'm not sure where did you get this idea, but it's OK (maybe).
Does it mean this project will lunch some bounty campaign? with the allocation is greater than the token allocated for the token sale?
if you have a plan to run a bounty campaign, why not pay it with another coin such as USDT/USDC (it will not Brooke your token price right?)

Pre-Sale Price per PULSE =  0.005 ETH/PULSE
let say that I'm buying 1 ETH =  0.005/1 = 200 PULSE
I want to withdraw/send/whatever it is to another wallet then the cost is: 5%*200 PULSE = 10 PULSE (0.05ETH)
while the current ETH gas price is 200 Gwei (fast transaction)
200gwei x 210000 = 4200000 Gwei (0.0042 ETH)

This idea won't work in long term. Why anybody would like to pay any kind of tax by moving his own token and it will keep the users away buying this token. They should have to bring flexible plan like other token whether I didn't see any special in this token as we already have similar project with working project and in good position.

Yep, absolutely agree with your opinion!

I don't mind they using "tax" (which is in my understanding it's more like a fee per transaction) but 5% is quite burdensome

It is very good that number of PULSE tokens is fixed and team decided to burn tokens from time to time to increase the deficit

There are several telegram addresses that I found https://t.me/pulsedefiltd (this thread and website) and https://t.me/pulsedefiltd1 which I found on their Twitter bio!

Our Telegram group is under a massive bot attack. Somebody has launched a bot army. It reports admin accounts and our group. It's sending thousands of requests per minute by clicking the Report button.

I joined their telegram group via a post they made in twiter, but it's very strange, I don't spread spam I just want to ask for email for their marketing, suddenly I'm blocked, really rude
