Satoshi leads us all on here, making all people including myself knows about cryptocurrency through bitcointalk ,bitcointalk forum is the first and the best of its kind.
  I'm here to today to share my thoughts ,I don't know if its any possible .
 (1) this days bounty hunters are all on restrictions, which makes things easier on this forum especially getting rid of spammers ,merits has became a must for any newbies to participate in any bounty ,kudos to forum moderators for this nice move, why can't there be some restrictions for bounties too? I mean ICOs in general ? Like be the middle man between bounties and bounty hunters, like hold the coins/tokens and pay out to bounty hunters after bounty ends? Be the bounties manager? This will decrease not getting paid after ICO.
(2) I believe that any project that follows this law on bitcoin talk forum must have no choice but to release the coins/tokens to the forum before even starting the bounty at all,I think its a sharp move ,this will make scam projects run too,decrease maybe?
 I've come to understand that projects with no ICOs are stronger and better than the ICO ones ,claiming soft cap is a must ,they end up going scam if not reached. I'm not perfect in all ways I just want all this solved.

Yes the forum moderators or admin can act as an escrow where they receive the promised tokens from the team and then after the ico release and distribute the reward tokens to bounty participants, this way bounty hunters will feel secure and also this forum can get rid of scammers.

I think it can be done.  This forum provides us education on cryptocurrencies and how blockchain works. It is the same forum too that advertises bounties so I think there can be ways by which bounties will be regulated.

This already there is. Bounty campaign with BTC payment or other high-volume coins, indeed use a third party / escrow.
And for bounty campaign with payment ICO token, rarely do there is want to use a third party.
If the reason is to reduce ICO fraud or the minimize fraud against bounty hunter. That will have no effect, even ICO that have paid bounty hunter are still many who scam. After they pay the bounty participants, they leave their tokens and let the token it dormant. If so, the third party as a token holder cannot do anything.

Approximately the same idea is offered here in this thread:      https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5050009.0. I think this is a good solution that will destroy the scammers!Regarding projects that do not conduct or conduct ICO, it is difficult to draw conclusions. Many projects do create very good and successful platforms by conducting an ICO. There is nothing wrong with that.

I have come across bounty campaigns, where coins are with escrows. Although, using bitcointalk forum admin as escrow can also work and it can be effective. It's just that it might take some time before i will be implemented.
Then some managers might not want to agree with that and might be forced to leave the forum, perhaps for another platform, which will not make them to succeed.
I have noticed that, managers that have different platform, still find one reason or the other to use bitcointalk forum.

This can happen and it can be effective. I am sure some projects' teams will not agree to it, because they may have an hidden agenda, which will be thwarted.
Well, it can be tried and lets see what will happen.

This is a great idea and I think Theymos (or whoever is in charge) should step in and do the needy here. But instead of making these ICOs deposit in their "shitty coins" they should be made to escrow it in Bitcoin. And if they don't list on reputable or average exchanges they lose their escrowed fund. It should be as simple as that. Enough of scamming ICOs.

Because too many middlemen actually resulted in the creation of Bitcoin - an ecosystem that was supposed to get rid of middlemen.

Great idea. Recently, many projects have delayed the payment of awards for the work done. And when the tokens finally come, the price wants to wait for the best.

You are right and I hope we would find the way of regulating the bounties, because on such a market a lot of bounties simply do not pay and others are reducing the budget by x10 and distributing peanuts for hard work.

I don't agree. The moderators have a difficult enough time enforcing the rules of the site and preventing merit farming and other rule breaking activity. It is not their responsibility to police all the ICO's listed on the site or the bounty campaigns connected to them. You need to take some responsibility for yourself and be careful about what you invest your time and money in. If you are not capable of doing that maybe you should consider not investing and not participating until you have acquired more knowledge.

~~~
This idea is no new and we have discussed it many times.
The main point is why they need to do it.
Money: No, theymos has enough BTC to retire now.
Responsibility: No.
Actually, I can not see any reasons here. If they want, they have already done it for a long time.
As a bounty hunter, I hope that but we have to find another way.
If the reason is to reduce ICO fraud or the minimize fraud against bounty hunter. That will have no effect, even ICO that have paid bounty hunter are still many who scam. After they pay the bounty participants, they leave their tokens and let the token it dormant. If so, the third party as a token holder cannot do anything.
So I thought it would not be change anything.
I agree with you, @Gagal Mancung. If they are scammers, they can run ICO, distribute tokens, list token on exchange, but at the end, they can still escape with investor's money. They can become the scammers at anytime, but only in ICO.
Very good thoughts in general, but it seems to me that if we talk about bounty hunters, then there probably is a need to do simple things. We just need to start the KYC process only for investors and bounty hunters. But also take KYC for the developers of this project. This will add responsibility for them.
This will be a good idea to find a way to regulate the bounties issues because paying peanuts for hard work done for months is encouraging, I hope policies will be place to checkmate all this issue the near future.
