Anyone know the process of finding top merit earner in a thread?(monthly,yearly)

I have been creating monthly activity overview report for my local thread for a few years now, and although I can easily create a list of the top 10 highest post earners of each month through ninjastic.space, but I have tried the Ninjastic.space + the merit dashboard of DdmrDdmr, but here I can see the total merit in a month and also the merit transactions on which days, but I cannot find them because there is no option like top merit earner.

Although I got some data in merit dashboard of DdmrDdmr^{(view_data>full_data table)} but there I found that the merit earned number of our local board Mahiyammahi for July month shows total 13 but when I check manually in forum I see the number is 15. Is there anything I am missing ?

And to the others local data analysts how do you find top monthly merit earner? Manually or by the tools?

DdmrDdmr's merit dashboard is updated weekly and that's why you don't see updated data there.
If you want the full data for July, you should wait for the next weekly update.

According to the latest update of DdmrDdmr's merit dashboard, Mahiyammahi has earned 198 merit. That's 38 merit less than his current merit which is shown in his profile.

No, what I meant was the total merit achievement for the month of July in my local thread. And it was 57 on the DdmrDdmr merit dashboard.

I know how much merit Mahiyammahi has received and I also know that the user's merit does not decrease. -_-
