I am using this exchange for a long time, trading some altcoins, I can not complain to them but today I have a problem with withdrawal. I haven't received a Withdrawal Confirmation email. Tried a few times without success. I opened the ticket but I did not get an answer and my ticket disappear from my dashboard.
They have no other contact channel, his Twitter account is suspended
whether there is some experience with them and how to solve the problem with them?

Update:


after their confirmation that they unblocked my email address, I try to withdraw and I receive a confirmational email instantly. Successfully withdraw my coins after all.

I used their service months ago but their support team doesn't answer the questions less than 3 days from my experience. By the way, try to contact with these email address and ask priority to your tickets:  no-reply@coinexchange.email  or  support@coinexchangeio.freshdesk.com

Yes they have. But the question is, are they still there. The fact that your ticket disappear will now give you "doubt".

Well then, the purpose is to get a response from them so "no choice" but to send another one although we don't know if they will still response.




Replying on a no-reply email addresses is like talking to a ghost. That kind of email address format are not meant for conversation.

I think this no-reply email address used by bot, and there is nobody to answer, I will try "manually" with support@coinexchangeio.freshdesk.com
I do not think it's a scam because it's not a serious amount of money, but I'm surprised by his very poor support.
