At the moment I'm writing this thread four month has already passed since that day in which Latoken suspended my account injustifying and without a rational reason(yesterday LATOKEN made the same thing to my brother account) although they JUSTIFY with the same phrase" account has been suspended based on suspicious activity that does make no sense if they doesn't give you some explanation about this suspension.
In this month I made many support tickets to solve that issue and sent all the documents Latoken asked me to verify my identity to unlock my account but every time the support team gave me the same answer:"the team is working on it, as soon as possible via email you will receive information regarding it", but I never receive anything.
I ask to you, all bitcointalk users, to give me some help to solve this problem.
Ps. If you has similar issue on Latoken please comment this thread

sorry to hear that your account has been suspended because of suspicious activity, I think all of us can't help and the only way to get help is from their support team, just wait for them reply your email. Example I've use Okex exchange before, after that they decided don't serve my country customer, then I need to pass KYC and wait for 4 week, finally allow me to withdraw my assets. However, I don't recommend people store their crypto assets on exchange.

It has been answered for your account suspension issue. Just wait until you have received information about your account, then if the answer was a disappointment, you can open an accusation on the scam accusation board.

I also dropped my verification a couple of months ago , and I had to go again , I would certainly not recommend to trade on latoken, I heard a lot of negative reviews

It has been answered for your account suspension issue. Just wait until you have received information about your account, then if the answer was a disappointment, you can open an accusation on the scam accusation board.
That's quite precise, what if the project is just covering their scam project in terms of putting its member into a situation that their account was suspended due to some reasons? We should be aware of it.

The problem is that for months i never received nothing about my account status so i'm heavily worried about my fund on Latoken.
Do you know if we(people on Latoken who had and by now have problem) could coordinate a class action again Latoken?

The answer lies on the side of Latoken, if they really are reviewing it they should at least give you an update on how the verification process that you passed is going. I don't use Latoken and if they are still giving you the same answer, sorry to say but maybe they are just giving you an excuse.

Lol they are trying to avoid your ticket. If they are taking your problem seriously and there was any update to your case. Start to create a bunch of complain through their telegram and you can interact with the developers directly.

this is the reason I don't really like the new exchanges. better to use large exchanges such as binance, Bittrex, or Okex. because their support team can be relied upon if a problem occurs.
