As discussed on Discord, I am happy to use Escrow - however you have no reputation here and so I would prefer either splitting the escrow fee, or you pay the fee.
Saying "ofc you are paying his %" when I suggest Escrow lends me to believe we won't make a deal here, which is unfortunate.
