canot get 4th gpu work on some MB.

First pcie 16x slot dont wanna work with gpu
2 pcie 1x and last 16x pcie slot working well

but first one 16x dont wanna work with my gpu
so i can get work only 3 of 4 gpu on each pc

have many MB with same problem

asus
z87-pro

and

Asus z87-k

risers 1x-1x

gpu - gigabyte 280x rev 2

system bamt vert 1.6
