Seems to be a good deal on this PSU.  90% Plat effect for .5 BTC.  What do you guys think?  Think I would be safe to have 3 NOT OVERCLOCKED Ants on this?

You'd still be pushing this PSU pretty hard even without overclocking.  I have 3 Ants running on this... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817494006

Btw, that isn't a good price at all.  Overstocked.com is crap.  If you want to buy a PSU with BTC, try tigerdirect instead.

I have 3 running on this but I paid about $100 less for the psu! Great PSU though, I have a quad r9 290 rig running on one of these as well.

a antminer S1 need 360W at voltage 12 V
you can check Current minimmum for one antminer S1= 360W/12V = 30 A

check in PSU about current in body PSU.

if you need run 3 antminer S1,you need 3 x 30 = 90 A at 12 Volt

It's a great PSU, way under-rated and will do 3 with a mild overclock no problem.

I checked in Power Description in http://www.overstock.com/Electronics/Corsair-Professional-CMPSU-1200AX-ATX12V-EPS12V-Power-Supply-90/5243845/product.html?refccid=VW3Y7MKC3A6LUY2HTVQVRTOIFQ&searchidx=67#none

12 V DC @ 100.40 A

for run normally 3 antminer need 90A

So for this PSU, work for 3 antminer S1 for nomally running but not work in overclocked/may be will damage..

for overclocked need minimum 33.33A for a antminer S1.
if you need run overclocked 3 antminer S1 minimum Current is = 3 x 33.33 = 100A

For a test I put 4 Ants (3 overclocked and one stock) into a Silverstone 1500W yesterday. It pulled 1640W from the wall but everything ran fine, cables were cool to touch and Ants stable.

But then I felt the top of the PSU, it was pretty hot, too hot for my liking, so went back down to three.
