Etherium wallet no wants connect

Hello
Few Years ago I`m install ETH wallet for that time work`s fine.
But may be 1,5 year ago want sync .
From time to time I`m back to open this wallet left PC for 1 day and still is the same.
I`m try to change netwot for every option and it`s not possible.
Could You advice is`t it possible some how to see the address ?
If so, is there any other way to run this wallet?

You don't have to run the whole Ethereum blockchain to see your coins or your address, all you need is your private key or recovery seed and get a new Ethereum mobile wallet like trust wallet and import the key into the new wallet, mobile wallets don't need to sync the whole blockchain before you can make transactions or see your coins

since 2019 I have installed an Ethereum wallet and it is still the same wallet. Of course, the thing to be aware of is to keep the private key as well as the recovery seed as safe as possible keeping it offline. remember to be offline, to avoid digital theft. during any time it will stay the same and there will be no problems if you save it properly.

Before creating any personal wallet like that of Ethereum, you will be presented with private keys, recovery seed etc, of which you will be warned to write or store in a private place known by only you. Now, if you can remember where you kept the private keys or as the case may be, then you can recover your wallet and any assets in it but if you do not have the private key, recovery seed, etc, then it's likely you will not be able to access the wallet nor the contents. Also, assuming you have the wallet private keys, then you can download Imtoken or Trust wallet, open it and import your wallet using any of the security measure at hand, maybe private keys and you will access your wallet once again.

If you have the private keys just transfer your coins to a new wallet using myetherwallet.

Your wallet is probably outdated, or if it is a full node you need to thousands hundreds of gigabytes. Better just to use myetherwallet or some other good ethereum wallet.

Can you tell me the name of wallet? what kind of wallet that you have used it to store your ethereum a few years ago? you may have needed to see the toolbar whether you can export your wallet or not from there. I think that you didn't need to sync your wallet into the network from here. You should have tried that as soon as possible.
I guess it doesn't make sense if you can export your wallet from there.

Have you installed Ethereum core wallet?, https://github.com/ethereum/mist/releases looks like the wallet being archived, no update anymore, better for you dump the private key and importing it into another wallet like Metamask and etc.

Without private key or recovery seed you have unfortunately lost access to the Ethereum wallet, no other way around this, if you create any new Ethereum wallet the first thing to do is write down the recovery seeds and make sure you keep it somewhere safe, do not share with anybody, this is the only key to recovery

It's caused by eth-wallet is still using wallet.dat (possible thing) to access the wallet. That's why you are only seeing password column to input your password. Can you try to search wallet.dat through your toolbar?
If there's no wallet.dat and you may try to search file with JSON extension.

Additional I have the keystore files is this change anything?

If you do not have a secret key, but a secret file has been saved in the file sharing service, and here, using this file and the password that you entered when creating a specific Ethereum wallet, you can access it.
UTC is exactly the abbreviation with which the key file name begins.

Good for you but..
Why you haven't saved the private keys for that wallet. Next time, keep and save the private keys even if you have keystore. And this time, you can start locking this topic because your question and problem has been solved already.
