you have to reduce or increase it until the issue disappears, at the end of the bat file you need to add this
while running use the + and - on your keyboard to adjust it, once you get the number you want, save it in the bat file.
post the bat file here so i can tell you if there is anything wrong.
here is what I have in start.bat

save your current setting somewhere, and replace them with this
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool europe.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20535 -ewal mizeria.mizeria -eworker mizeria.mizeria -epsw x -dcri 34 -dcoin pasc -dpool stratum+tcp://coinotron.com:3350 -dwal mizeria.001 -esm 2 -dpsw x
try different -dcri values until you find the one that works best, for many gpus it's 45 that does the trick, but you really need to try different values , keep track on ETH hashrate as it will change based on the -dcri value, so find the number the suits you best.
if the problem is still there, then you need to reduce your gpu freq, i would also try another coin.
