This has been a Hot debate right now in the country (Nigeria) where the CJN was suspended without the legislative

The issue here is that people think he his doing so to favour his political party by appointing someone from his ethnic group whose wife his contesting under the same party (APC),  a lot of people are really not comfortable with such move by the president of a democratic nation who acts not with the due process.. But it seems to be power been overused!!

President Buhari was wrong because he violated the nations law, from the code of conduct tribunal.Section 292 of the constitution clearly forbids him from doing so is clearly an abuse of due process.
