Veriblock IEO finish in 10 seconds, what's your take?

For me, this sounds unbelievable. It's has now come to a battle of internet speed or how do you explain 10 seconds. Looking fishy, it may be right to suggest there were insider dealing associated with this. Staff, internal Investors, speculators and others. Obviously most of those that want to buy will be surprised wondering what hit them. I see this IEO beecomong more and more popular. Only time will tell.

How so fast? Is this even possible? And how can this be so different from ICO and sell so fast? I'm afraid to invest on new projects now because i don't know for sure which will succeed and i don't want to lose money. IEO not have a time to sell coins on presale like ICO has?
