I received few messages on 26th of Jan 2019 where it showed that 4 of my messages were deleted from forum stating those are off topic and does not belong to appropriate section.
As per the BAN message showed, i reverted a mail to the mail address "banappeals...@theymos.e4ward.com" the same morning but i didn't receive any mail back so far.

I did mention the best off all i could in the message as well as did agree the fact that i did made some posts that does not belong to the thread properly. I do also believe that we all from time to time start learning more and we start small or as  a newbie. I do agree that in the beginning of my journey with crypto i did much of nonsense stuffs in greed of tokens but no sooner i understood the major facts i stopped doing any troublesome/nonsense post/stuffs in the forum. I was simply learning more from time to time from some posts and so i stopped posting making any post under bounty or crypto thread. Since the last 4-5 months mainly i am only posting under Goods and Services and Beginner Help stuffs where i helped others with my services and some newbie help stuffs.

The reason for my ban is quite unfortunate , something that i did in the past and never thought that it will affect my present. I don't own a second account in the forum and mainly i was more happy with my account even it's a Jr. Member. I was simply enjoying everyday in the forum and now i don't have a valid access to my account.

I would request the authority in charge if i could get a second chance to have access back to my account as ever since i understood the crypto/bounty/airdrop thing you can find that i didn't make a single in-appropriate spam message. Also i have been much active in the Goods and Services section where you can find me maintaining the rules and regulations very well.
If i can't get back hold to my account then regrettably this will have to be the end of the journey in Bitcointalk forum. I hope the authority will show me some mercy.

I do agree that those post that i made are kind of spammy or does not properly fits to the topic. I do have a proper explanation if you kindly read this message thoroughly.

Back in March/April 2018 i started my journey in Bitcointalk. I was just alike some other person who fairly had no idea about blockchain and cryptocurrency. I was all new to all these stuffs like Airdops, Bounty. I had an opportunity to join as a Bounty Hunter and work for them for a while which in return was supposed to provide token. Although lately i understood that things are not likely and might turn around to be worst in certain circumstances even after lots of hard works and patience. Not only Bitcointalk literally to be honest even my Facebook/Twiiter posts back early in mid 2018 looks junky.

Time to time i started to learn more about projects and others and since then i literally stopped participating much in bounties and others. If you kindly go through my topics/posts since the few months you can find that i stopped being a jerk and posting un-necessary posts under bounty programs. I rather did make some posts that will help the community, stand along by some new members to help them out. My recent posts/topics since more than 4-5 months are simply under "Goods and Services" where i always follow the rules to bump once in 24 hours. If you check out my "Trust" you will find i have never scammed anyone neither did anything unfortunate to someone. I run some AWS codes business in the forum as well as follow the rules and the regulations.

Since the previous year it's something like that every single day i follow Bitcointalk and it has been a part of my life. In order to earn some "Merits" i work hard where peoples shows some love by providing me merits.

It's my humble request Sir if you consider my application for removing the ban from my account and grant me access to the forum once more. I promise to remove all my junky posts that does not seems to fit to the topic. Even you can keep a close look into my account from time to time if you find something wrong i am doing once again you can take the necessary steps. I don't have other accounts in forum running Sir so this is the one and only one where peoples contact me in order to purchase my service and goods.

You early action is highly solicited.

P.S: I have just created this account after waiting for 5 days and didn't receive any response from the above mail address. In either of the situation above (my ban gets removed/not removed) i will make sure to remove this account once the authority decides the necessary.

I do not think that administrators will make concessions to you. You have violated forum rules more than once. You received negative feedback about spamming as of 23/08/2018, but you kept breaking the forum rules.

you did make it bold and inside quotation marks, but no citation/reference or using the usual quote block
if you explicitly cite the source it would show clearly that you indeed quoted from other source
if this is the only problem, maybe you can try appeal to theymos and ask for consideration

and it looks to me that part is deliberately incorporated to your post message as if your owns
one... two... and you probably have done more like those (copy-paste/plagiarism)
you can forget about appealing, in this case there's no chance for unban

I don't think the message in any way gives out any glimmer of hope,firstly it states that you've been permanently banned
And by permanent it means it cannot be undone.
I understand the "You may appeal here",but it also let's you know your chances are not good.
There are no second chances in cases such as this

Well i am appealing because as per the message said i might have a second chance if @theymos shows some mercy on me.
I read somewhere that if the ban message comes along with a appeal email id then possibly can write a ban appeal, but i still doubt if the email id that i mentioned in the beginning is being checked or not, so i created a post here in order to ask for a second chance. 

Just give up already and move on mate, The forum has a zero tolerance on mostly plagiarism. if you are caught... there is no chance of coming back. I have seen even Legendary accounts that have spent years here getting banned and never getting unbanned.
