Google ranking factors in 2019? What do you think?

Do you think Google ranking factors are still relevant to SEO in 2019? In this article,https://ideasplusbusiness.com/25-google-ranking-factors/, the author believes that Google is using those factors to rank a site or page.

But, I think that it's way more than that. No one actually knows Google ranking factors. We just guess and pretend that we do.

In my opinion, I think it's better to create quality contents, promote them on social media and wait for them to rank.

Ranking is quite hard these days without having original content. I remember back in the days your could steal a post and publish in on your website and if you sent traffic enough it could get ranked higher than the original poster, but these days SEO is quite hard without having legit content.
