Android and iOS app of bitcointalk forum needed.

I don't see any application of app in the daily use of bitcointalk forum. It runs pretty well on the iPad that I'm using. The web based functionality has to be there because we have to come across many pictures and videos sometimes. The app will shrink all the tables and tools present here so that would be little uncomfortable to me. Plus different section has different stuff posted which might not be supported in the phone. For example have you seen the signature campaign and new ICO announcement? They will always have big whitepaper published in the form of PDF or codes which would be very big to be loaded on the phone that too within the app. Better have it like this only.

My only reason for wanting an app would be to get notifications into my notifications Center on my device. Other than that this version or the beta version of the site gets the job done.

I don't understand. They could just install a theme for and that is mobile friendly.

Notifications is nice but just have mobile friendly theme (bigger text) and ability to reply easily is the most important.

many have suggested that before but the admin decided to not implement it  . anyway the forum looks okay on mobile browser  . you gotta make sure that you use modern browsers like chrome or firefox because the captcha does not load on older browsers like opera mini , uc browser , etc ..

afaik , there also an unfocial bitcointalk app on the google play but i dont suggest you to use them as they can be risky .

Then you should be used to it or should find a way for bigger screen size for you to use the forum. I don't find it difficult in using with my phones either way.

It is an accessibility issue. The font size is too small. Not everyone can read 4 point font size. People can have poor eyesight or not able to buy new hardware because that's what you suggest. Pretty insensitive to say get used to it or use a different device. Mobile theme is an easy solution.

Google penalizes web sites that are not mobile friendly so it's really a no brainier for theymos. More traffic means more ad revenue.

You can just zoom-in or zoom-out the browser and show the text you want to see. That update is not necessary at all, this feature was raised too many times since 2014 and will not be prioritized as there are so many problems in this forum from scammers to spammers to be solved first, then you're going to add that.

You/people must wait until there's a new forum software release which I don't know when it will happen. Or you can use this mobile addon for android, only if you want.

Theymos will not care so much about that IMO.
