Yes, this is owned by bitfinex.

I've searched for the other wallets but seems to be not a whale's wallet.

It is similar to what happens in everyday life and take a small store as an example:

 - The money flows daily and in small quantities to the store owner for example [1 2 3 22 10 15 17] dollars and then turn into one account "or several accounts."
 - The reverse takes place after a period to cover fees and other staffs.

And so on.
The above examples are not for whiles or SPAM "check this spammy address ----> 3QQB6AWxaga6wTs6Xwq8FYppgrGinGu15f".

This is the link for the first address in the OP. I searched about that on blockchain but I saw that he only have 1.21 BTC and that is his total received. Is that counted as a whale? I think not right? Also the third the total received was below 1 btc. The last one has 23 btc total received.

Search the wallet but I can't seem to connect them with any other wallet. Aside from that, they all receive a small amount of bitcoin in each address. Maybe they are from exchanges or mixer.

Most probably the 2nd address that you have mentioned was from an exchange. All other addresses were not whales, the amount of bitcoin in those address is not that huge to impact the market.

Probably?Maybe? I believe both of you read some previous posts before you posting your comment and it is clear that the 2nd address is owned by Bitfinex.

Where did you search it? All other addresses except are connected to some other addresses. Seems that you did not search it anywhere. Please use walletexplorer and you'll find it. Finding connected addresses can be done on google like what you usually suggest to others. Smiley
