Thanks For Your Feedback - Instructions Because It is written in another language so I will put a fix for this
But Not Legal maybe you are right but any edumethod is not legal even creating an email because by this you trick the college

in my opinion you need only to improve instructions

insert a list.txt in pdf file (is easy for anyone can copy from pdf)

if you do this, can resubmit to me and i'll update vote

in this case i can raise instructions from 2 to 4 and final vote from 3 to 4

You have a list of student emails. How do you go from the list to having the password?

As I have received a vouch copy I have had a good look at the emails.

Most of the emails have the same password, when they were created they were all given the same password.

You say it is not recommended to change the password. Does this mean the real owner of the email account does not know (or authorize) about the use/sale of their email account?

It's pretty much explained in the sellers first post.

I don’t think this is explained. If the emails mostly have the same password, this sounds like they are cracked or otherwise illegal.
