I see at least two problems here. 75% referral commission sounds unrealistic and games are not provably fair. Site lacks security, for example there is no 2FA. Slots are spinning little slow but this might be my connection.

Nah, this is simply to good to be true, there must be either some kind of wagering involved or this is a scam.

If it's too good to be true, then it probably is a scam. 75% commission is very big that too lifetime, sounds suspicious. If they are giving 75% of the affiliate balance without any restriction then, how they are going to cover the loses. If I am making one alt account using my affiliate link, and depositing 1 btc. I would get 0.75 in my other account. Great deal lol
