On the basis of the number of bitcoins collected, it will be determined the starting price in bitcoin for the Skelpy cryptocurrency.
After this operation will be issued all the Skelpy (SKP) to the participants at the TEC.

Supporting with Altcoins
Accepted tokens are: BTC, ETH, LISK, ARK. For those partecipants supporting with Altcoins rather than BTC,
the value of the tokens used will be determined during the TEC period.
The value will be calculated by picking the value of each Altcoin at the moment of the donation.

Hard Cap
A funding ceiling of 2,000 BTC has been established. This is to ensure that those who sent BTC receive
a certain amount of Skelpy after the end of the TEC. If the 2,000 BTC limit is reached, the TEC will be closed
and the SKP tokens get distributed to the participants.

Price per Skelpy
The price of the Skelpy token will depend upon the amount raised during the TEC.
The price will be determined based on this calculation:

Scenario: Skelpy received 250 BTC and the calculated BTC value
of alternative currencies received is 50 BTC at the end of the TEC.

Code:

Total BTC value received = 250 BTC + 50 BTC = 300 BTC.

Skelpy Price = 300 BTC / 2,000,000 SKP = 0.00015 BTC

DISTRIBUTION CALCULATIONS
Scenario: Skelpy received 250 BTC and the calculated BTC value
of alternative currencies received is 50 BTC at the end of the TEC.

Total BTC value received = 250 BTC + 50 BTC = 300 BTC.

John’s Percentage of TEC distribution is:
[5 BTC / 300 BTC] = 0.0166666

John’s final distribution is:
0.0166666 * 2,000,000 SKP = 33,333 SKP

Notes:
If John sent different cryptocurrencies (ETH, LISK, ARK) the value will be
immediately converted to the correlating BTC value for the calculation.

Value of ETH at moment of transaction was: 0.05731 BTC
