hello how i can uninstall two factor on electrum wallet?
or how i can reopen my wallet if my phone with two factor is broken?

You were given 12 words during the initial setup of your wallet. Even if your phone breaks, you will be able to restore your coins without having to depend on TrustedCoin since the seed contains 2 out of 3 private keys (only two are needed to sign a transaction). As for the first question, you have to generate a new, standard wallet and send your coins to it after recovering it with the seed.

Assuming you have your seed, you can simply recover it via File > New/Restore > Wallet with two-factor authentication > Next > I already have a seed.

Yes, definitely you're right mate. Actually, I also searching for this because I also want to know how to solve the OP case, so what if I also encounter this problem near in the future at least I have an idea.
