Does Bitfinex come on here and answer questions?

For BTC withdrawals their is a message on their website that says their is a link in an email sent to confirm withdrawals, but their is no link for confirmation. Their is a link that goes back to their website.

How do you contact support? Did you simply send e-mail to support@bitfinex.com ?

I am just having same trouble right now...

Sorry for replying to an old thread but I have the exact same problem right now.

I'm not receiving a confirmation link. Its also not in the spam folder. I contacted Bitfinex, they told me to change the e-mail address but this will lock my account for withdrawals for 5 days. I know the issue is not on my side.

Do you guys have issues with withdrawals at Bitfinex right now?

You're much better off searching and asking here - https://www.reddit.com/r/bitfinex/

BFX staff post there as well. You won't get any use out of here asking about this type of issue.

You might experience withdrawal hold or withdraw is in under-review that is why you are not receiving any email yet when withdrawing.

Are you KYC verified?
Did you reset your account recently?
Did you request any security change from your account?

If you did change something related to security this might be the reason why you are not receiving an email when withdrawing.
According to the support area, you need to send this issue from here https://cs.bitfinex.com/ and they will review your account and fix the issue.

It all cleared up, it was my fault, my PGP Key for e-mail encryption had expired.  Roll Eyes
