So I was using Payoneer for years to withdraw to the bank account. Recently they disabled my balance. support is not willing to respond it looks like.

I am thinking to use one of this following sites.

Over the years i have been transacting with Perfect Money and there hasn't been issues of any sort, and will like to recommend you their services. Before dealing with them, ensure to carry out due diligence on their services in regards to your country. Withdrawals are made to bank account and deposit are available with Bitcoin.

I'm not sure about PerfectMoney but Neteller and Skrill are owned by the same company, so the experience you will have with both services is probably the same.

I've been using Skrill for some time and I didn't have any problems, and I have withdrawn large amounts to a bank account. If you're going to deposit bitcoins though, then I don't suggest it at all. My bitcoin deposit method got basically disabled (disappeared from my account) and I've seen some people having their accounts closed for that purpose.

If you ever want to get your bitcoins to your Skrill, just trade with services or with other individuals, don't deposit directly to your platform.

I won't deposit bitcoins. I will trade with individuals though I would like to know how I can avoid reverse payment. also, do they ask swift code for bank wire? i would like to know what information they ask as perfect money ask too many information about the bank.

Bitcoin is illegal here so can't take the risk. Though i use localbitcoin for bitcoin to usd

Perfect Money is always working fine, the only thing is you never know if a day the site gets the same story as Liberty Reserve or StormPay. Perfect Money is used by all HYIPs/cyclers/matrix scammers as they did with Liberty Reserve.
Neteller/Skrill are good

Usually I tend to use a Dutch Bitcoin exchange to cash out my Bitcoin to my bank account, but since that isn't really an option for you I would suggest Neteller.
I've been using them for quite some time too and never encountered any problems.

You can even get a Mastercard with them and use that to pay with your Bitcoins or withdraw money at ATM's.
Might be the safest method on your case, since you mention that Bitcoin is illegal in your country.

Are you looking more so for payment processors/services rather than cashing out to bank accounts? Because based on the examples that you gave, it does seem like so.

If you are purely wanting to cash out your coins, and you don't want to perform KYC, I would still suggest trading p2p on either localbitcoins or paxful (beware of KYC thresholds on trading volume limits, though). They will likely give you better rates than having to convert BTC first into one of these payment processor's native currencies, and then still having to pay withdrawal fees on top of that. If you are willing to do KYC then without a question, go with a regulated, licensed exchange and sell on the open market.

But if you want a wallet service/payment processor like the examples you gave, I can say that I don't really like Skrill or Neteller because of their confusing stance on crypto transactions, and the limitations that crypto deposits have. Perfectmoney has been reliable, but you don't know what's going to happen in the future. Same with services like Advcash and Payeer, because they are sort of like Libertyreserve before it got shut down. If I had to pick one though, I'd go with Advcash because there's no fees transferring in between accounts.

My personal favourite for a while has been Bitpanda, which allows direct bank withdrawal without verification to bank accounts. Limited to about 1k a day for a max of 30k but you can verify for a high limited. Also they do to skrill and neteller.

Binance Jersey apparently does direct bank withdrawal but I wouldn't know as it doesn't do my nationality. I'm guessing you already don't mind verification if you used Payoneer.

Wait, I think you need to explain more details to withdraw into your bank account. Is that related to crypto (bitcoin) or not? How about to use Paypal?

In the past, I always use Paypal, and I am a verified user, and I don't have any problem to withdraw into my bank, but it needs 3-7 days to arrive in my account.

Perfect money is too confusing for me, so I don't use it even though with Skrill and Neteller. Paypal still working best for me although I don't use it anymore.

If you are only want to withdraw the money, it depends on where you save that money, if you use Perfect money then I think you need to read their terms on how to withdraw into your bank account.

I don't know how PerfectMoney functions but Skrill has a very simple process, they just ask you for Swift and IBAN code and they'll either deduct or add some money into your account to prove the ownership of the account If I remember correctly.
