Hi there,

I am currently browsing for the option to use two L3+ on one APW3++. basically i own one Antminer L3+ with Blissz Modified Firmware, so it uses 600 Watts for 460 Mh/s. Since my PSU has 1600 Watts i started thinking, Could i buy 9 PCIe Y-cables, attach them to the apw3++ and then hook up two L3+?

I did find a video that Bitmain once sold the apw3++ with 18 connectors,

Any thoughts, tips and tricks ? Smiley

This is defintely possible but you need to make sure you dont daisy chain too many splitters and try and run too much power through the initial connector coming off of the PSU.

Yes, it is quite possible, I bought few batches of L3 (2x L3 + 1APW) and it is everything ok - you only need to rememeber about quality of additional elements (cables/connection etc) Regards

I am looking for signature campaign Wink pm me

if you have  10 cables on the apw3+

5 to one and 5 to the other.

do not split.

and down clock  just a little bit

try to do 550 watts + 550 watts = 1100 watts

it comes to 110 watts for each cable

and if you were mining  the s9  it pulls that per cable

you simply do not need to split the cables.

the pcie jacks can do 150 watts each

the cables can do 120 watts each

so you will be fine.
