Megahoot Exchange

Hi guys,

I was given 2 PECU Novus coins last year. I was and am still a novice when it comes to cryptocurrency but through the PECU Novus wallet website I stumbled across a close link with Megahoot. I transferred my 2 PECU Novus coins into Megahoot wallet which was fine. Then within the Megahoot wallet I had the chance to exchange them to XMG so I did that as it seemed a more useful currency. Anyway as soon as I hit exchange, my wallet had 0 PECU Novus coins as expected but also no XMG coins. I have a transaction ID and the blockchain hashes but no idea where the XMG coins are. Am I missing something? Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Though this exchange is new to me, you need to contact the support of megahoot.

They are the ones that can assist your with your problem because as you said, everything is good and successful and you have the TXID. I've been searching for their contact details and this is the only thing that I've found.
