1. you first have to find a BCH SV wallet that offers "import private key features" then open a wallet there. i don't know any so i can't help you there.
2. then you go to your bitcoin.com wallet and figure out how to get the private keys of your BCH ABC wallet out of it. this link should help you with that:

* now you have access to your BCH SV tokens and can spend them.
important be careful what you download and install, there are lots of malwares out there pretending to be a wallet while stealing your coins.
