XLM Airdrop. Joke?

Slowly it is really turning out to be joke LOL.The people who got registered in the early weeks of november got their stellar tokens with minimum hassle.But since the starting of December blockchain had revised its policy and requested to do video kyc and doing some tasks like clown in front of camera.It was really pathetic moreover people hav not received their tokens and many are still waiting.The biggest joke is that people are still trying to do kyc and submitting their valuable documents.I guess the airdrop has been over or due to fall of stellar price they are reluctant to give so many tokens.

Yes you have to comply with the KYC. If you are just registered then you are free to use their wallets for bitcoin, bitcoin cash, stellar and ethereum.

But you'll never be eligible for the $25 XLM airdrop if you don't go for KYC.

Stellar seemed to me as a nice project with a good future. But now I saw that ridiculous airdrop with video KYC
For me it discredits the project and from side seems funny.
what is your opinion?

Exactly the same. They announce a large airdrop, well expecting that not many participants will do this shit because of this crazy KYC. They will not give away much XLM because number of participants will be so low, it's only to catch dumb people to register there and then find out KYC is ridiculous.

XLM have no choice but to do a huge airdrop because their distribution model is so poor. Most of the stellar in circulation is in the wallet of a handful of whales which is bad for any coin or token.
