That is the issue about this crypto ecosystem. The players are trying hard to bring sanity into the market by ensuring people are being identified for the transactions they carry out yet some people are trying really hard to ensure that does not work which is one of the things Op is promoting because buying an account that has been verified simply means using someone else's identity to carry out a transaction which is wrong by all metrics. Another is for you to even consider buying someone else account is an indication to a prospective shady behaviour which should not be encouraged at all.

I think he's looking for users, not accounts, trusted users encounter to make deals between him and other members.
The problem is in trust, no one will risk with his reputation and possibly get into jail for unknown deals.
If your country does not support these platforms or payment options, you'd better deal with someone who trusts/trusts you rather than paying to trusted people.
