It often happens that in court all charges fall apart and companies are justified, but the problem is that the company suffers significant damage from such accusations. And financial as well. The reputation of the company suffers from such actions and then it will take a long time to get the clients' money back and regain the trust of the client. Remember how Trump was accused of having links with Russia. After a year of checks, they could not prove it and did not find any evidence, but some senators still accuse him of ties with Russia. For false accusations must be severely punished.

I strongly believe it's high time exchanges starts delisting tether
It is a possibility for sure but at the same time it is concerning you could ball out coins or tokens that way 'for the good cause'.  Stay away if you dont like it i would say.

Beware of your Bitfinex accounts. They entered my account, removed my orders and exchanged all my coins for PASS. My account went from 400usd to 30usd. All movements are registered.
Bitfinex is not responsible. Who else happened to him?
