The OP makes this pretty clear, but I want to emphasize that kraken-alert.com is a third-party site having no affiliation with or endorsement from kraken.com. While we have no reason to distrust this service, we also have no reason to trust it.

As a security precaution, we highly recommend that users who register with kraken-alert.com use a different email from the one associated with their kraken account. And of course the password used for kraken-alert.com should bear no relation to any other password you use anywhere else.
