Hello,

I am new to Crypto. I like the idea of P2P transactions without a central authority controlling my money. I am overwhelmed as there are alot of coins out there. Since Bitcoin is the OG and has gone up to 20k and has value and has a strong history and reliability I am planning on investing what little I have. I read the white paper.
I have no tech skills or what many will call actual skills that can be employed. But how can I earn BTC? I heard of Microtasks but they seem tech orientied like finding a hack or finding or developing a code or having so many followers on certain social media in order to qualify for boutnies. Only good thing I am good at is customer service and hence the not actual skills that can be deployed unless theres a small part timer where I can chat and provide answers and handle customer relations then Ive not much to offer. There's sitting at a website for 18 hours a day for 7 days a week for 800 years to earn one BTC but I dont think I'll live that long.
But I would like to learn more, earn more and I'm not sure where to start earning BTC as I dont always have the funds to buy large amounts. But I also would like to meet people and get to know more about the community, project.
So I guess other than reading the white paper. Where can I start? Something that can help someone new like me learn more about all of this?
Look forwards to meeting you guys.

Head to Beginners and Help section of the forum and spend time reading first those sticky threads on top of the list (the one being pinned). It's worth to read.

For now, that's a start.

Aside from that, you can use the power of the internet for others concerns. Learning will take time but I assure you it's not that difficult.

Note: (Threads like this also not belong here. I understand you are a newbie. Majority of newbies concerns were being posted at the Beginners and Help section (depends on the case) or seek assistance at your local section.)

But how can I earn BTC?

Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency; and how do you earn any other currency? You simply get a job, get gigs, or start a business. Yes, you might not earn the money straight to BTC, but you can easily use the USD/GDP/etc you earn, and use it to buy BTC. Ending you up with the same end result: you having more BTC.

You can go here and see what fits your skill, 100 Ways To Earn Bitcoin ★★★★★.

Why not learn the technology itself though before you think of earning BTC? Do you know all about wallets? How to secure and protect it?

If I'm in your shoes, just go and play around the community visits different threads and try to grasp the fundamental. Best of luck on your crypto journey.

Hello!
You did all good except this last sentence. You chosen first, most estabilished and reliable crypto, Bitcoin. Many got consufed at this point, you didn't.
You red white paper, which is pretty good to have basic informations about Bitcoin, bigger scope.
Now only decision how and how much to invest, but... this sentence about earning Bitcoin, earning bitcoin is like to say how to earn money. You can't in terms of clicking something on website no matter if we talk about FIAT or Bitcoin, it just doesn't work, its pennies at most.
Earn FIAT money and then invest, simplest and most reliable.

There are several options. If you have some spare time then signature campaign is one of the best way to earn some Bitcoin. Basically you help promote a services on your signature space and in return they'll pay you with some BTC, so kinda like a marketing job. If you don't have time to do that, then I can suggest you buy a small amount weekly/monthly. For example, $10 weekly. If you continue doing this for about a year, you can get at least more than $400 worth of Bitcoin per year. If you still can't do that, then start your own services and accept payment with Bitcoin.

Some users might also suggest you to join bounty campaign but believe me they're not really a good choice because the payment is not really guaranteed. You can end up gaining nothing from bounty campaign.

I do not find any specific need for these sites when you can do job for fiat and easily convert your fiat to BTC.
There is large number of jobs present in fiat market as compared to crypto. Best way is to earn Fiat and convert it to crypto.

I mostly get my coins from fiat to crypto conversions as I find most crypto-based freelancing services are pretty subpar compared to other ones that pay in fiat, but that's just me. If you're doing bank transfers for BTC, make sure the bank you're using is good with crypto. Some banks close accounts related to crypto, and I don't have a list for this as there's just so many banks out there, but a bit of Googling goes a long way.

P2P exchanges like LBC or Paxful usually offer decent rates if you're paying with a wire or a bank transfer and you don't want to go through KYC, but if you're okay with going through KYC, most major exchanges are fine too. Last I checked the queues for KYC review on most exchanges weren't too long for most exchanges or essentially nonexistent.

If you are a skilled customer service agent you might find some work in that industry where you will be paid with Bitcoin or other crypto. Head over to this site: https://cryptocurrencyjobs.co/customer-support/
There is a bunch of jobs in the customer service department.

Just for the record, I am not promoting the site, I don't know anything about it nor have i checked the offers posted there! I just found it from a search.
Make you own research about the site and their offers.

You want to learn more and earn more, think of some other skills that you can improve besides being a customer support. But if that's really your asset, you can still get job related to it and get paid with bitcoin.

And during your free times, you can learn on how to become a coder if you have a background and start working as a blockchain developer. It isn't easy at all but if you are eager to learn on how to become one, you can become one.

I am planning on investing what little I have.

You invest what you can afford and not what you have. This is an investment and it comes with it's fair share of risks. And you have to weigh the risks and potential, beifre putting in capital in

Actually i have this problem. I cannot accept fiat directly, it would be confiscated by the gov by both a hideous tax and a very unfair exchange rate imposed by them, far away from the market price.

I can't open a foreign bank account. The likes of Paypal need a "valid" credit card. Mine "expired", its basically impossible to get a "working abroad" card again, oh and Visa/MC will stop doing business with my country, because, sanctions. I can't even move what little funds are trapped in Paypal. I even have a Neteller wallet, but those guys are even worse and very hostile to bitcoin.

Those living in freedom, might find it redundant, but those under tyranny, use it as a means for survival.
