Hello,

I've had no issues with BTC-Alpha the past few days but now withdrawals have took all day and the transaction hasn't hit the blockchain even though they've given out a TX ID

I'm going to guess it's a shitty exchange and their lack of support is also weird. It's not a massive amount so I'm not too fussed but just want others to be careful.

Hi Angelica
Did you check the date in OP? The topic had been created about two years ago and you have just notice this now !? And you are also asking for a second chance!! If op didn't succeed to withdraw a small amount since two years then i can confirm you have the worst support ever and users should better stay away from your service .
