Hello guys, i see in social media there are 1 seller Bitcoin only sell small amount of Bitcoin.
They only sell 1000-10000 Satoshi. I want to ask them to what wallet they use to send Bitcoin with that small amount, but i forgot their profile.
I see in some wallet, there are only can send 0.0005-0.001 BTC.
Did anyone know what wallet to send Bitcoin with small amount ?

I think you're confusing wallets with exchanges.
A wallet gives you and only you full access to your private keys and thus funds, and (depending on the wallet) lets you set the fee.
An exchange doesn't give you access to private keys, and you'll have to jump through whatever hoops they come up with.

In short, download and install Electrum (make sure you use the real site, there are many fake sites trying to steal your funds), and set custom fees.
However, know that low fees could mean it takes a long time to confirm your transaction, and collecting small amounts of Bitcoin can lead to higher fees when you want to spend it. See Fees are low, use this opportunity to Consolidate your small inputs!

Paxful charges nothing to transfer Bitcoin to paxful wallets, but charges as high as $3-5 while transferring to other wallets.
Personally, I use coinomi wallet or block chain wallet. Adjust my transaction charges to suit you. It may be slow anyway, depending on charges used.

Any OTC or p2p exchange won't charge you for deposit afaik, but you still need to pay the fees. I think OP is looking for wallet such as Electrum. Btw, any wallet (where you control your own private key) should give you a flexibility on setting up the fees, but be careful because if you set it too low, your transaction won't get confirmed asap.

Most likely they're making use of a bitcoin wallet service provider that supports the lightening network, with lightening network you can send very small fraction of bitcoin (Satoshi) and paid low fees.
Here's an article on Top 11 Wallets for the Bitcoin Lightning Network

If this is the type of wallet you're looking for then you need understand what lightening network is all about, here are some useful link;

Why not use a wallet where you can manually set the miners fee to lower fee?

I suggest you use a Segwit wallet(bench32) like electrum where you can manually set the fee to the lowest and base on my experience Segwit wallet is faster to confirmed even with low fees than a legacy wallet.

You can use Trust Wallet as your universal wallet. All Trust Wallet users will now have access to Bitcoin (BTC) in their Multi-coin wallet .
To activate just tab on the plus sign in the upper right corner, then tab on the slide bar next to Bitcoin (BTC). Your Wallet is now SegWit compatible and enables you to send and receive Bitcoin through Bech32 (bc1) addresses.
