I think he is looking for someone "he mentioned in another topic that he wants a [graphic designer and website developer]"[1] to design that project and then include his name to the developer team to be paid after the sale and project succeeded.

In other words: the developer will do the work and then if the project succeeds will be given part of tokens or will get shitcoins with zero value.
