I guess the people behind really think that they can go here in the community and say "hey we need some people to hire" and then offer their native tokens as incentive. These guys should go somewhere around like Fiverr or freelancing site because this forum have seen a lot of this tactics. Or if he still want's to hire someone here then don't expect high quality because you get what you pay for, specially coming from newbies.

You are looking for team members that can work on "professional" jobs but you will offer a token payment with no value at all and a "share"? lol.

Want to save money? Then learn about marketing, learn how to become a social media "influencer"*, learn multimedia, learn how to become a graphic artist, learn how to become a developer, etc.
