Hi. I'm not sure if this the right place for this kind of question, but let's try.

For a non-technical course on blockchain at university we have been asked to develop a implementation of a blockchain project from a business perspective with a small introduction on the blockchain background needed for the implementation of the project.

For my project the user need to write in the system the name and the home adress and disclose it just to one counterparty (and just for a limited period of time). My question in this context is: which type of blockchain should we use in order to enable to share this information with the one user that need it (privacy and confidentialy), but make sure that third parties checking the code are note able to identify this private informations?

Is it possible with a Permissionless Blockchain to share the public key with only one people? And make sure that after several transaction this user cannot be indentified by connecting all the "pieces of the puzzle"?

Should I maybe choose a Permissioned Blockchain (Private or Public) [Hyperledger Fabric] in order to solve the problem. I found in the internet that this kind of blockchain is done for a low number of (untrusted) writers (my idea need a high number of writers) and need to be centrally managed (which I cannot really implement in my project).

Could you maybe reccomend a specific literature on this problem
Thank you very MUCH! Grin
