What is DogeREIT?
DogeREIT is the world's first blockchain based real estate investment partnership and club. DogeREIT is a group of 100 partners that have a percentage of tokenized ownership based on their contributions to the partnership. Our investment group is available only to people in the UNITED STATES and those who reside in American states or overseas territories. All members of the DogeREIT group vote on the initial portfolio breakdown of our asset holdings and a majority must agree on these holdings. All members will be listed on the official LLC filing as the minimum membership of our REIT is a 25 year period. There is a process in place for members that wish to liquidate their assets in the group which allows for people to exit at ease. There is also a process for those to enter the group although it is much more substantial as each of the initial 100 partners are supposed to remain the group for a minimum of 25 years.
How does DogeREIT work?
DogeREIT is an LLC partner investment group in which each partner has the ability to vote in the initial group asset allocation. All 100 partners plan to leave their funds in for a minimum period of 25 years and contribute to the group monthly over this time period. The maximum period of the fund will be 40 years in which there will be a termination of the LLC and a distribution of final assets based on tokenized ownership percentages. There will be 100,000 DogeREIT tokens distributed among the 100 partners by the group founder and this will be based on their initial and continuing contribution to the group. DogeREIT will purchase REIT long term funds based on member voting and hold these for a minimum of 25 years and no longer than a period of 40 days from the execution of purchase.
Estimated Partnership Performance
Base partner initial contribution: $100, up to $10,000. All current REIT's to vote on are confidential and will be outlined when the 10 partner minimum is reached. Monthly contributions are permitted but NOT required. Our goal is 12% returns over a 25-40 year period up to 20% returns. You will either have the option to keep your allotted dividends or put them back into the fund.
Long Term Returns
Our goal as a group is long term returns. If we have an initial contribution group of $10,000 we project a long term return of around $2 million. Our diversified portfolio will deliver us dividends and annual growth for decades to come.
Token Price
The token price is determined by the value of the fund. Tokens may not be exchanged or sold at anytime without authorization from a majority of members as they constitute shareholder ownership in the private group.
Annual Member Meeting/Quarterly Phone Report
Our annual member meeting will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Quarterly phone reports will happen 4 times annually and be hosted on conferencing call applications such as GoToMeeting.
