I'm assuming you're not willing to verify your identity? If so, Simplex (you can use it through one of their partners) might be your only solution here. They've removed KYC for small transactions (under 150$) a couple of months ago.

Note: I wouldn't recommend using Simplex, unless you desperately need to. Not only they charge outrageous fees, but they might also charge you "extra" (hidden fees) on top of that.
