Should We Move to Tron?

During the #TOKEN2049, TRON / BTT offered US to migrate the $TCAT token from the #erc20 to the #TRON blockchain.

What do you think about it? Should we do it?

Is that $TCAT token a big thing? My opinion on this is most of the tokens that wanted to benefit from the other blockchain platforms/network can move as they wish. We aren't the one that will move as if we are the developers but them to decide what's going to be the best for their tokens.

Everyone wishes to move from Ethereum to Tron can do as they want.

I really never trusted Justin Sun after that time last year, when he sold a huge package of TRX, cashing out and almost saying good bye. But ETH deceived me also a lot, with the failed attemps of hardfork.. Nowadays i expect other  blockchains to get mainstream...
I love EOS, but it is full of spam tokens..  Also like alot Zilliqa, and my favourite ... of course: æelf!!!!!!!!!
 if you still don't know about aelf yet, you better do your homework right now before it skyrocket.

TCAT is a new coin and it's traded only on the small exchange site and what's the important thing from this one? i see nothing. If you enough competence and whatever where you are and you can still create your product.
I see so many shillers of tron in that tweeter account.

TCAT is a very new coin and there was no major update in the TCAT except some fake volume on exchanges. So, TCAT hasn't enough investors yet, so the price and popularity are very low and this is normal, isn't it? So, I think the TCAT team should be work hard on their product and to bring more investors on the board.  I totally disagree with this shifting to a new blockchain! TRON is a good coin no doubt, but as a platform, I will not suggest you TRON. Good Luck

I'm against a move from ETH to tron. It's not only because ETH is a very good solution it is in addition that tron is not very useful atm and the value of tron lower than it's rated. Most hype is only artificial of tron made by exaggerated claims from marketing.
ETH is actually a working product.

Why not, because Tron has increased from one side to the other, and now dominates the Dapps market, more than Ethereum and other blockchain platforms. Most of these Dapps are related to games, which means that the game industry can be a major source of growth for Tron in the future. That's why Tron moved to South Korea where the gaming market was growing rapidly.
The latest news shows that, Roy Liu, head of business development at the Tron foundation has signed an agreement with the two largest South Korean game associations, the Korea Mobile Game Association (KMGA) and the Korea Blockchain Contents Association (KBCA). This MoU gives Tron a strong foundation in the 4th largest gaming market in the world. The result is, there may be many game developers that will be created with the Tron blockchain system.
This can make Tron's price "explode" in the future. That's because TRX, a coin from Tron, will be used on the Tron blockchain system. Thus, trading volume will rise, indirectly increasing prices due to demand.

TRON is a new project with a lot of potential, and has gained many partnerships too. Partnerships and benefits can play an important role in its value in the coming weeks, months and years.TRON is focusing on another significant leap into a brighter and more prominent future of TRON project by announcing the update to version Odyssey 3.1 that was achieved with the general community consensus.

By end of this year or at the beginning of 2019, TRX could reach the top 10 list with the latest updates and developments to the network. In 2019, the tron price may touch up to $0.11.Although Tron might grow, its rate of growth might not be high as compared to its fellow currencies. But from 2019 and thereafter, it might take a faster pace as it has its roadmap sorted and full of growth and developments planned.

It's not really important for a project to use ethereum, neo, tron or other token platform to build it. The most important that the development is really happening and not just words. What a project really need to do is to deliver the plan according to the roadmap.

It would be much better to try out another project apart from Ethereum. Ethereum has gained grounds, yes but there should be a bit of competition in the space. Tron or any other might actualy do better than Ethereum. Healthy competition is very much needed, at least to make the so called stable coins sit up more.

It depends on the reason why you want to move from ethereum to tron, if you want to move base on the development purpose, then you will be making a good decision because I think tron is best, but if you are moving to tron base on the price of the coin, then you should split the coin between eth and tron because I can assure you that the price of eth is going to moon again and I don't think it would be good for you to miss out from it.

Hell NO! Tron is a really trash altcoin, it is only hype because of Justin Sun together with the Binance. Look how they manipulate the market, especially what happened on Bittorent(BTT), full of trash. Ever since, I don't want to hold TRX, maybe you can do trading of TRX but for short term only and based on technical analysis. TRX is just a pump and dump altcoin. Ethereum all the way!

Choosing between the two coins is a really difficult job for me. But ethereum is a bit better than tron. Justin Sun is often time in the headline doing something in a bid to make his project a success. I think he has been doing his best to make tron a big success, from partnering with stablecoin and other multiple partnerships with many projects. On the other hand, most of the coins are based on ethereum platform so far, which gives much benefit.
