Exchange was working fine and the support was good.
Since 30 days they are scamming. Support is not replying to any emails. They are not paying out over 15.000€.

At first support was telling me they have an IT problem, but no they dont even respond anymore since 18 days, even when I send multiple new emails.

They are not paying out my friends as well. Do not send them any more money.
