Your question is not clear, do you mean this site[1]? It seems legitimate and there are a lot of positive assessments[2] related to it.
If you mean this site[3], it is a scam.
I tried to search for "Auto exchanger 24/7" and couldn't find related sites. please clarify.

i recommend you to use this fast site (FixedFloat.com) i already exchange ltc to btc and received it within 10 minute or less ; with small fees

Looks fishy. There are quite a few legit ones. Most are very interactive and based in Russia.
Magnatus is a legit one that I've used before.

Edit: Paybis is also legit.
