This seems interesting app as it apparels that you run your own pruned nose on an android phone. I was actually thinking of making a similar thing myself as you can just switch a few things round in vs (in the way I'd do it, they've probably done sonehhing more productive and reasonable).

I've downloaded and run it. I'll give an update as to how well it works.

I Have Tried ABCore Before, But After I Start Snycing And Watching The Effect It Did On My Phone
I Decided To Uninstall It, Since I Don't Want My Potato Phone Explode+I Didn't Have Any Bitcoin Yet Tongue

BTW I Created A Thread On "How To Run Bitcoin Node On Android" On Poland Indonesian Local Board, Here Is A "Benchmark" That I Get From My Thread (Translated)

I Started To Run ABCore On My Phone(start synchronizing From 13:46) For Now, The Synchronizing Progress Is On 9% (block height 297673).

When Synchronizing, The Battery Consumption Increased A Lot(69%) And The temperature Is stable at 40oC(That's 104 F). I Will Update This When The Synchronization Process Is Completed

For Me, When Synchronization, My Phone Heated Up To 45 C/113 F. And The Battery consumption Increased Around 50%, And The Synchronization Slowed At 20%

FYI :
You Can Speed Up The Speed Of Snchronization By Increasing dbcache
Node Default Port Is 8332

BTW Should I Make The Tutorial+Syncing with Electrum In English?

Wouldn't syncing with Electrum also require an Electrum server? Huh AFAIK, You can't connect an Electrum client directly to a "Core" node.

IMO, this type of stuff really isn't suited to mobile devices... the processing required+storage space would make it very difficult to do much else on the device. If you need access "on the go", and don't want to provide external access to your "home" network, you'd be better off setting up a VPS somewhere with just your (walletless) Bitcoin Core+Electrum Server... and connecting directly to that.

@hcp, my phone has an octo core arm 4@2.3GHz and 4@1.3GHz with 8gb of ram. It is faster than the laptop I was going to use and the heat seemed fairly stable.

Syncs slow down at the end as the blocks become more bloated. I didn't get my initial sync going I'll bump up the dbcache to 4gb at some point. Arm processors are normally pretty healthy until they reach about 75 Celsius and if it gets that hot ill dunk it in some water 😂 (it's ip67).

Cant imagine runing a full bitcoin node on my
low budget smartphone Cheesy

Even flagship phones will become bloated with it.
Bitcoin blockchain is now more than 200 GB,
and it will drain battery very fast because constan syncing.
You Can Prune Your Node So It Will Reduce The Space Used Up to 195 GB
You Can Run Bitcoin Node On Your Low-End Smartphone (High Exploding Risk:P), Since Bitcoin Node Is Not A Heavy App.
You're Right On The Part Of Battery Usage, It Will Drain Your Battery Pretty Fast.

I have a phone that's 4 years old that I could do with setting on fire. I'll put it in a concrete safe and see how it goes lol 😂.

I'd be interested in experimenting with doing that actually to be honest as then I'd be able to use the wrapper and host masternodes from solar.
