Read through this article you'll understand what segwit is,
SegWit is the process by which the block size limit on a blockchain is increased by removing signature data from Bitcoin transactions. When certain parts of a transaction are removed, this frees up space or capacity to add more transactions to the chain.Segregate means to separate, and Witnesses are the transaction signatures. Hence, Segregated Witness in short, means to separate transaction signatures.

I can explain it to you, but i think it's better if you google it yourself instead, and come up with the questions that might remain.

See some of the links below that i found through a quick google search:

What is the title segwit and how it is created please help

For a newbie user, without any past knowledge on Bitcoin, you don't need to understand details about segwit.

Segwit is just an upgrade on the code to allow more transactions to be fit in the same block, reducing transaction fees. To know if someone is using segwit (and lower fees) you just need to look at their addresses: if it starts with 3 or bc, it's segwit. If it starts with 1 it's not segwit (legacy)

At least I am aware of it also since I do not know what is segwit all about. Now, it seems very technical but to what I understand clearly for short is to create more transactions. Well that will do because more and more traffic on block chains as of present due to a huge number of users also doing transaction. Bitcoin has garnered more and more users over the past years. This is why there are huge traffic in bitcoin transactions.

Segwit is a method of scaling the Bitcoin network to confirm more transaction on each block without increasing the block size itself.

Thank you very nice. But this is a copy paste so say good-bye to your account my dear:

What I know about segwit is that it was made to remove some unimportant data on your transaction and this thing will make your transaction faster because it reduces the data of it. Not only it removes data, it also diminish a little bit of fees.

how it is created please help
It's easy download electrum. Electrum supports segwit address.

mikeywith has posted a very nice guide about how to verify if a BTC address starting with 3 is segwit, because it's not always SegWit if it starts with 3, can also be multisig: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5133475.0
