Absolutely they can create thousand of accounts and after being caught they ca just change account and continue their monkey business

Unless we are talking Bitcointalk account so we can report to moderator or can be tagged but in telegram!?there a thousands of accounts that run by some groups or individuals.i don’t think this will progress to something helpful to the community here in forum

Telegram has become the new home of scammers as this forum has become very hot for them. I believe that it makes it easier for them because of the anonymous nature of the whole thing as it is very difficult to stop them because if one account is closed they can easily create another one. Maybe telegram should introduce KYC to all the account holders there.

I don't know if you guys can see the date but he had blocked me about a month ago or so . But he still has his account active . This means he is still trying to scam . Now the point is , if someone googles his username then he can get caught immediately . This might help save someone's money .
