Last month 8 NEO I sent from my personal account to https://www.bibox.com exchange. But still now not yet complete my transaction. I am too much
worried about this matter. What I will do now? If anybody know reply me. before also i transfer NEO from my personal account to binance account but that
time within 10 minuites  my transaction completed. Thanks.

You should create a ticket for the support team. This is the fastest way to get help. Also, go to their telegram channel to contact the admin directly. If you move right into the address, there is nothing to worry about, they will solve it.
I also encountered the case of transferring NEO to OKex exchange, but account did not have credit. After a short time, the support team has also resolved.
You should not worry, make a ticket and wait 1-2 days.

Create a ticket to support. I've never used Bibox, but usually on the withdraw page you can find  transaction hash and view transaction in the blockchain.

The best thing I could advise you to do is to message the exchange support team and tell them about this waiting for the reply they are going to give to you, but if the exchange never gives you a reply, try searching for their announcement thread on this forum and threaten them in there, I am sure that you will get a solution to your problem when you are able to do this, most exchanges are just shady and will want to spend your funds if complains are not made.

I don’t just get you, seems you short yourself in the leg, you have already gotten a great exchange which is Binance, why jumping around exchanges again and to speak of it, an exchange that is not popular. Well. You can try your luck by contacting them directly before we judge them.

They might just be that your request did not reflect from their end, it once happened to a local exchange that I used too some months back, that one is to change my crypto into fiat, the quantity of my bitcoin disappeared, so I contacted them and they resolved the issue within 24 hrs. Please I will advise you stick to Binance next time, I think they have all that you need.
